Rise Above Stress in 4 Easy Steps
W.E. stands for Women Empowered…this will be the first in a series of W.E. videos that incorporate the organization’s core values.
Module 1: (S) Slow Down! – This module will offer insight into learning how to pump the brakes and slow your pace, so that you can be present in the moment.
Module 2: (0) Open Your Mind! – In this module, I’ll discuss the importance of quieting your mind and opening it up to new possibilities. I’ll talk about letting go (releasing preconceived notions, unforgiveness, grief, etc.), so that we can expand our thinking and entertain new possibilities.
Module 3: (A) Awaken Your Senses! – This module will address being in touch with your five senses and exploring the sights, sounds, scents, tastes and textures that are present.
Module 4: (R) Relish the Moment! – This module will bring it all together. I will talk about finding joy in the small things.
