This was a graduate student project to create a mock-up of a learning community website. I collaborate with fellow classmate Stephanie Webb and we decided to target GED learners. This mockup site is intended for, but not limited to, the following: high school drop-outs, adult learners, seniors, low income individuals, wealthy individuals, the employed and unemployed, immigrants, ex-offenders, etc. who live in Philadelphia, PA area, surrounding suburbs, and the Delaware Valley.
The site was created using a responsive WordPress theme and the following plugins were used: BBPress, Link Manager. The site also has a homepage slider, video, forums, RSS feed, staff page and contact form.
